Hi there! I’m Mike, the guy behind DropFatEveryday. I started this blog after my own weight loss journey taught me that sustainable results don’t come from crash diets or extreme exercise programs – they come from finding approaches that actually fit into real life.
By day, I’m an IT project manager and single dad to two amazing kids. By night, I’m usually in my basement doing those evening HIIT routines I talk so much about (or, let’s be honest, sometimes I’m just collapsed on the couch watching basketball).
My fitness journey really kicked into gear when my daughter announced her engagement and I realized I didn’t want to be wheezing through our father-daughter dance. That three-month transformation turned into a sustainable lifestyle change that I’ve maintained for over a year now.
I’m not a certified trainer or nutritionist – just a regular guy who finally figured out how to make fitness work in a busy life after years of failed attempts. I share what works for me, what doesn’t, and the honest ups and downs of trying to stay healthy while juggling work, parenting, and occasionally having a social life.
